Description
This rectangular industrial style coffee table measures 110 cm in length, 60 cm in width, and 42 cm in height. The tabletop is made from solid pine wood planks (each 8 cm wide) joined side by side, finished with a dark gray stain and a matte water-resistant varnish. The surface has a lightly distressed texture with sanded edges but no deep gouges. The legs are cast iron in a black matte finish, shaped like hairpin legs but thicker (12 mm diameter rods) and bolted to the underside of the tabletop with pre-welded mounting plates. Each leg has a small rubber cap on the floor contact point. The cast iron legs add significant weight; the total table weight is 16 kg. Maximum load capacity is 40 kg evenly distributed. The pine surface is relatively soft; avoid dragging heavy or sharp objects across it. The varnish offers moderate protection against spills but is not waterproof; wipe spills immediately. Assembly is required: attach each of the four legs to the mounting plates using eight bolts (included). A wrench is provided. Estimated assembly time is 10 minutes. The table is shipped in a flat box. This product is intended for indoor residential use, particularly in loft, industrial, or modern rustic decors. Not suitable for outdoor use as the cast iron may rust if exposed to moisture. The wood may develop minor dents with normal use; this is characteristic of softwood. Clean with a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not use harsh chemicals or steel wool. The dark gray stain may fade slightly over time with direct sunlight exposure.
